Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of the course, the student will have developed leadership skills, learned the importance of attention to detail and discipline, and participated in leadership laboratory exercises.
Instruction: Practical and classroom exercises, discussion, and lecture. Topics include leadership, military affairs, group dynamics, and communications.
Credit Recommendation: In the lower-division baccalaureate/associate degree category, 3 semester hours in physical education, 3 in military science, and 3 in personnel supervision (6/03)(6/03).
